Tips and Information

  • After submitting your receipt, it will be processed as quickly as possible by us. Once your receipt is processed and accepted, you will receive a notification from us.
  • There is no need to censor your receipt before uploading it. At Kjero, we take data privacy seriously and we only use your receipt for verification purposes, so we can transfer your money for your purchase!
  • After your receipt is accepted, you receive 100% of your money back via an Amazon gift voucher or bank transfer.
  • Important: Only purchases from zooplus.co.uk of the product for which you have secured a testing spot will be accepted! Other products cannot be refunded!
