Cashback – Instructions

These steps will help you submit your receipts correctly and get your money back.

Please note that you can only submit receipts if you have applied for the product test and received an invitation from us. During your application, you created a profile that entitles you to 100% cashback on your pet food purchase.

1. Submit Receipt Hide Description

  • Simply log in, upload your receipt, and your submitted receipt will be automatically stored in your profile. This way, you will receive 100% cashback on your pet food purchase.
  • Tip: You can also complete these steps directly on your smartphone and take a photo of your receipt for submission. You don’t need to log in; just provide the email address you used to apply for the product test when uploading the receipt.
  • After clicking on the “Submit Receipt” button, a window will open, allowing you to select a file. Here, you can upload the photo of your receipt and submit it. Please note that it may take a little while for the image to upload.
  • You should now receive a message on your screen stating that your receipt has been successfully submitted. If this is not the case, try uploading your invoice again.
  • We will process the receipt as quickly as possible and inform you via email once it’s done.
  • For faster processing, you can help us by providing the exact details of your purchase. Simply click on “Enter Details” in the blue info box or click on “Edit.”
  • Then, if you wish, you can specify at what price, from which store and when you purchased the product.

2. Cash Out Your Balance Hide Description

  • Once your receipt has been accepted, you can cash out your balance or continue collecting it until you reach your limit. To cash out, you can simply submit more receipts.
  • To cash out your balance, you need to be logged in. Click on “Cash Out Balance” in your Cashback Area.
  • A new page will open where you can choose between 2 options: “Transfer” and “Voucher.”
  • Transfer: To transfer your money, we need your bank details, your IBAN, and BIC to be precise. Your data will be treated as strictly confidential and encrypted by us!
  • Voucher: If you choose this option, we will send you an Amazon voucher to your email address. The voucher will be sent directly to you by Amazon!
  • Once you have selected an option for the payout, the status of your receipt will change to “Payout Requested.”
  • And once we have requested the transfer or voucher issuance, the status of your receipt will change to “Paid Out.”
  • Please note that it may take a few days to receive the credit, as it depends on the processing time of the entities we have appointed.
